We do not store your full street address. We only store the UPRN, which is a reference number.

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • App usage data and crash reports
  • IP address (for security and fraud prevention)

3.2 Local Council APIs

We retrieve bin collection data from UK local council systems using your UPRN. This data is public information provided by councils. We do not share your personal information with councils.

3.3 Cloudflare

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
