  • That collection dates will not change due to bank holidays, weather, or other factors
  • That the Service will be available for all UK addresses

You should always verify collection dates with your local council for critical decisions. We are not responsible for missed collections resulting from reliance on the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WenBinDay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Missed bin collections
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WenBinDay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
