Why can't I find my address?
We're continuously adding support for more councils. If your address isn't found, your local council may not be in our system yet. Email us and we'll look into adding it.
The collection date seems wrong
Collection dates can change due to bank holidays or other factors. We sync data regularly from councils, but there may be occasional delays. Check your council's website for the most up-to-date information.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by emailing us at support@wenbinday.com. We'll process your request within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
Is WenBinDay free?
Yes! WenBinDay is free to use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but checking your bin collection days will always be free.
